Returns

All items sold at Columbia Indonesia go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods shipped are secured upon delivery. If the customer decides to return the product, it will be upon assessment of the management. Columbia Indonesia reserves the right to deny products for return and it will be upon the management’s discretion should it arrive at a final decision.

If the product is deemed damaged or incorrect, you may reach to us through the following steps:

Fill in and email Return form to columbiacs@primergrp.com with the subject “Product Return” and the customer’s name. ie: Product Return – Putri Ayu. Please record at the time of opening the package. Filing a complaint on the grounds of defects, damage or the number of inappropriate orders, must include unboxing videos. Video must be provided while unboxing/unpacking the items. No video, no return, no refund. Make sure to completely fill in the form and attach the proof of order and photos of the product especially of where it is damaged, if any. Our customer service will return to you on the status of your return and will assist you accordingly. Please do wait for our management’s response before sending back any goods.
